Primary Duties and Function:

The Digital Strategy Manager helps inform the strategic direction of Healthier Colorado’s online advocacy program, employing a combination of data analysis, testing, and messaging skills.

Successful applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree and a couple to several years of experience, likely in the nonprofit or political fields, and a deep interest in using their skills to help improve the policies that affect Coloradans’ health.

The ideal candidate would also be interested in bridging the gap between online and offline organizing, motivating voters and activists, and cultivating donors to keep Healthier Colorado growing and to meet our ambitious goals. We’ll rely on this person to explore new tools, new communications channels, and new strategies for us to employ, so that we can reach our statewide audience with compelling, targeted messages.

The Digital Strategy Manager will join a team of policy, fundraising, grassroots organizing, and communications professionals who work very closely together on nearly every issue we undertake. A good fit for the role and organization will be a consummate team player and one who’s willing to learn from the other folks in the room – but also to buckle down on their own when necessary.
