Eligibility

1. In order to enter the giveaway drawing, you must complete option #1 for a single entry. To double your chances of winning, you must ALSO complete option #2.
   1. Option #1: Follow Healthier Colorado on Instagram @HealthierCo between September 1, 2017 – September 30, 2017.
      1. Individuals/personal accounts that “follow” Healthier Colorado on Instagram before September 1, 2017 will automatically be granted entry to the giveaway and can double their chances of winning by completing option #2 (below)
   2. Option #2: Submit a photograph answering the theme question, “What do you do for a healthier Colorado”, using the hashtag #GetCOhealthier AND tag @HealthierCO along with 2+ friends.

Photo Guidelines

1. Photographs must be relevant to the “What do you do for a healthier Colorado?” theme.
   1. This can include pictures of an individual: volunteering, involved in some type of physical activity, depicting healthy eating…etc. Make it your own!
2. Inappropriate and graphic images will be immediately reported and will be denied entry to the drawing.

 Terms and Conditions

1. If an individual “Unfollow” Healthier Colorado on Instagram during the month of September, their entry will be removed from the drawing.
2. By submitting a photograph you are authorizing Healthier Colorado to use the photograph for advertising and marketing purposes (Examples include, but are not limited to, facebook, brochures, and twitter).
   1. By chance the photograph contains images of individuals under the age of 18, Healthier Colorado will refrain from using them for advertising and marketing purposes.
3. By submitting a photograph, you are verifying you are at least 18 years of age.
4. The deadline to enter the drawing will end at 5:00 pm (MST) on September 30th. Any entries after said time and date will not be considered.
   1. Winner will receive a direct message via Instagram on October 2, 2017. If winner does not respond within 48-hour window of the notification, a second name will be drawn; so on and so forth. After the acceptance of the prize, the winner will be announced on Healthier Colorado’s Instagram page.
5. Spam accounts, organizational accounts, solicitation from other accounts are ineligible to enter.
