DENVER, CO – Today, Healthier Colorado released the results of the first public survey conducted among Democratic and Unaffiliated voters from December 4th – 9th on the 2026 Colorado Governor’s Democratic Primary election. Jake Williams, Healthier Colorado’s CEO, issued the following statement along with the topline polling results below: “With the 2024 election barely in the rearview mirror, Colorado’s 2026 governor’s race is already beginning to take shape in the minds of voters, but a plurality remain undecided among four heavily rumored candidates we tested in this survey. With so much at stake, and so much unknown about how the next federal administration will tackle America’s health challenges, who Colorado voters elect to lead the state next will be incredibly important for the health of our great state. As the participation of Republican candidates comes into clearer focus, we hope to test voter interest in those candidates as well. The interviews were conducted from December 4th – 9th, 2024. This survey has a margin of error of +/- 3.9% at the 95 percent confidence interval. The survey data were weighted to represent voter turnout demographics for a midterm Democratic primary election in the State of Colorado. The full crosstabs of the survey are available here.
