Joshua is a certified association executive (CAE) and health policy professional with nearly two decades of experience at the state and national levels. He spent the past 10 years in leadership roles at the Colorado Hospital Association, following earlier positions with the National Conference of State Legislatures and a social justice organization in Missouri.

Originally from the Show-Me State, Joshua holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Missouri State University. He serves on the Board of Directors for Mile High Youth Corps and lives in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood, where he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and traveling with his wife, Molly, and their sons, Jack and Will.
